I want to say that we Americans love President Obama and his beautiful family. We are happy to have a President whose brilliance is recognized wherever he appears, his brain easily connecting to his speech, his mastery of the current issues showing continual updatingand depth of knowledge.
We love the First Lady and the beautiful daughters, and the vision of all the welcome children planting in the garden on Thursday.
The President's rising approval ratings are begining to record again what a majority we are, and I rejoice in that!
We see him to be doing the best he can to carry us forward in spite of the screaming press, the robber barons on Wall Street, and negative members of Congress, who would destroy the progress we have made in education, the arts, the environment, science and equality, and drag us backward.
That is backward, instead of forward into a new world of sustainable energy (meaning jobs and transportation and improved infrastructure), and ever expanding creativity in the arts and sciences and in education for excellence in all those fields.
We believe he wants our troops home from unnecessary and expensive, engagement overseas as badly as we do.
We believe if more people in this state embraced the President's values and concerns for education, learned the facts about the economy and health care and instead of focusing on fake issues like "obamacare" and birthplaces, the state that ranks near last in education could come out of the dark ages.
