The officer also talked with the mother of the twins who said she is scared of both of them because they have bi-polar disorder.
She said the siblings were in each other’s face calling each other names when the female tried to hit her brother.
He retaliated by spitting in her face, their mom said.
The fighting stopped but resumed later in the evening. At this point the twins were throwing punches but the woman’s boyfriend had also joined in.
Their mother tried to break them up and was hit in the head twice by someone, the report states.
During the ruckus, the man stabbed his sister in the arm, according to their mother.
The male sibling was taken to jail, charged with assault and battery, second degree.
Fake Facebook
A woman from River Oaks Drive in Pawleys Island called deputies July 27 and reported someone opened a Facebook account using her 14-year-old daughter’s name and yearbook photo.
The woman said it is unknown who started the page. It was discovered when her daughter was told about one of her friends accepting her friend request.
The teen’s mom contacted Facebook, who informed her she could have the page deleted but they could not tell her who created the page.
The woman said she decided not to close the page until she finds out who created it.

County building burglarized
About $2,300 worth of equipment was stolen from the Georgetown County Public Works building on Browns Ferry Road on July 29.

Intoxicated and suicidal
Security at Wachesaw East in Murrells Inlet informed deputies they had received complaints about an intoxicated man on July 31.
The 57-year-old man was seen stumbling around and lying in the grass next to Riverwood Drive.
A deputy found the man lying face down on the ground with small lacerations on his legs and arms, so EMS was called to the scene.
The man’s speech was extremely slurred and he was unsteady on his feet.
When the man was told he could either go to the hospital for treatment or be arrested, the man said he was going to kill himself.
The man was taken to the hospital where he became belligerent and was yelling at the staff.
The man refused treatment so he was discharged and was taken to jail.
Information is subject to change as the investigation proceeds. Individuals arrested and/or charged have not been convicted.
